Jessica Markowski is a real estate agent born and raised in New York City with a deep understanding of local neighborhoods helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the fiercely competitive NYC market. Jessica works on the Bogard Team, the top producing team at Serhant, where she works tirelessly with clients in order to help achieve their most ambitious goals.
Born to Polish immigrants and raised in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Jessica is a native New Yorker and first-generation American immigrant. Jessica has built a substantial online following her star performance on the Netflix show “Owning Manhattan” which became the Number 3 show on Netflix on July 2024.
These days, Jessica can be found showing properties and engaging with the buyer and seller community in the Manhattan and Brooklyn market. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her fiance, family, and cavapoo puppy Romeo.
