Meet Katie Hertsch

Katie Hertsch is a valued real estate advisor and a proud member of the award-winning Bogard NY Team, specializing in residential sales in NYC, Long Island, and The Hamptons and is consistently ranked in the top 1% of the country. Katie is a constant communicator who loves sharing what she knows about the market. Past clients have noted her attentiveness and positivity as reasons why working with her makes the buying and selling process more enjoyable and fulfilling. 

Originally from Westminster, MD, Katie has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Hofstra University and has a distinguished background in athletics as a professional player, coach, and business owner. She was a member of the United States National Lacrosse Team from 2010-2015 and has competed in the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League since its establishment in 2018. She also spent a decade coaching in Division 1 women’s lacrosse. As the defensive coordinator for the University of Southern California, she helped guide the program to a Conference Championship and a #6 National Ranking. Her experiences led her to found her own lacrosse training company, Hertsch Lacrosse. 

Heralded as one of the top defensive lacrosse players in the nation, Katie brings her ambition, work ethic, and competitive edge to every negotiation and deal. Her passion for helping people and her expertise in social media marketing and technology dovetail seamlessly with real estate. She is well-versed in condo, co-op, townhouse, and new development properties in northwestern Brooklyn and Downtown Manhattan. 

Katie is a self-described dog lover who enjoys exploring the different green spaces around the city. She is particularly fond of waterfront parks with views of the East River and Manhattan.
