Meet Kevin Rice

Born in LA and raised in New York, Kevin brings his passion for travel and fine architecture to the NY market. A lover of older homes, Kevin and his wife have lovingly restored and updated their historic 1889 Victorian home along with their three cats: Shrimp, Chutney, & Maggie.
