Our clients were already making those decisions across both markets. In August 2026, Shane Aronson and Evan Sophir joined Bogard to give those conversations a local home in South Florida.
The expansion began with more than $50 million in signed listings. Its purpose is personal: clients who know us in New York can continue working with the same team, alongside agents who know the communities they are considering.

Shane Aronson
Shane Aronson grew up between New Jersey and Boca Raton. His career has included banking and hospitality, and his real estate work focuses on Boca Raton, Parkland and Delray Beach. He joined SERHANT. Florida in 2023. By the time of our August announcement, he had closed more than $30 million in transactions there. He brings experience in both the financial and personal sides of a move.
Evan Sophir
Evan Sophir is a South Florida native based in Palm Beach County, with more than a decade in real estate. His work includes educating buyers and sellers about the local market. Beyond real estate, he is an ambassador for Speak Up For Kids Palm Beach County. His roots and his work are both in the community our clients are entering.

The first listings brought that local knowledge to different settings along the coast. At 3425 South Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, the penthouse occupies a full floor at Le Sanctuaire, a building with four residences. The beachfront setting is part of the daily experience of the home.

Farther south, 18201 Collins Avenue, PH 5109, in Sunny Isles Beach opens from a private elevator to ocean-facing living spaces and terraces. Shane and Evan work with Brandon on both listings. Each home calls for a close reading of its building, setting and the way its rooms are used.
